Privacy policy

What we collect when you buy and use an eSIM, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

The short version

We collect what we need to deliver your eSIM and look after it — your email, name, the order, and usage of the eSIM itself. We do not sell your data.

1. What we collect

•What you give us: your email address and name, and a phone number if you choose to add one.
•Your orders and payments: what you bought, when, and the payment status. Card numbers are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us.
•Your eSIM: its identifier, whether it is installed and connected, and how much data it has used, as reported by the network.
•Visiting the site: pages viewed, the phone model your browser reports, and a coarse location from your IP address, with the address itself stored only as a one-way hash.

•To deliver the eSIM, show you its data and days, help you install it, and process top-ups and refunds.
•To send you messages about your eSIM — delivery, data running low, the plan ending. You can stop non-essential messages at any time.
•To keep the service safe and to understand which pages help people, so we can improve them.

•The eSIM platform and the local networks, to issue and run your eSIM.
•Payment providers, to take your payment and refund it.
•Our email provider, to send your eSIM and receipts.
•We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

•Order and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
•Everything else: while your account is active, and deleted or anonymised when you ask us to close it.

•You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to take your data elsewhere, and to complain to your data protection authority.
•Write to us at the email below; we answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

•We use our own cookies to keep you signed in, remember your checkout and measure visits. Where the law requires it we ask before using anything else.
