Refund policy

If it does not work, you get your money back. This page is the detail.

The short version

If your eSIM will not install, or installs but never connects, and we cannot fix it with you, you get a full refund to the card or account you paid with.

1. When you get a full refund

  • •The eSIM will not install on your phone.
  • •It installs but never connects to the network, and troubleshooting with us does not fix it.
  • •We did not deliver it after you paid.
  • •You were charged twice for the same order.
  • •You changed your mind before installing it — see the next section.

2. Changing your mind

  • •An eSIM that has never been installed can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
  • •Once it has been installed and has connected to a network, the plan has started and cannot be cancelled.

3. When we cannot refund in full

  • •You used the data. Once data has been used the plan has been delivered — if something still went wrong, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
  • •Your phone does not support eSIM or is locked to a carrier. This is refundable if you have not installed it, and avoidable: check your phone before you buy.
  • •You expected a phone number. Our eSIMs are data only, and every plan says so before you pay.

4. How to ask

  • •Email us with your order reference (it looks like FS-4K7QM) and what happened. There is no form.
  • •We will usually try a couple of fixes with you first — most problems take two minutes to solve. If it cannot be fixed, we refund.

5. How long it takes

  • •Decision: the same day, usually within a few hours.
  • •Card payments: back on your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • •Payments made from Pakistan (wallet or bank transfer): 1–5 working days.
  • •Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Any cashback that order earned is taken back from your balance.
